I am trying to get internet for my business and the building currently has 6 coax lines or more running into it.
The results of my survey was this response
"At this time, Comcast Business Services requires approximately 60-120 business days to extend our services to your facility. There are several steps that may need to occur before actual construction begins, including but not limited to engineering design and required state / local permits. "
I have tried contacting my sales rep but he is not returning my messages. It doesn't help that he is in a different time zone.
I am only on a one year lease so a up to 3 month wait is not going to work. Has anyone had any experience on this that could shed light into this. I assumed since the building had coax and my address was serviceable according the comcast business website that installation would not be a big deal.
