Sometime last week we had an area outage for Internet and Phone. When I called Comcast or went online with my cell phone to check on the outage it would indicate there was one. Once it got resolved I thought great it's fixed! But sadly come yesterday our connection has been very unstable whenever a Comcast truck is working on the pole down the street where the amp is. I've called and chatted with Comcast repeatedly today and they say there is no outage. They also said they can't contact local dispatch for me. Some of the signal levels keep fluctuating too so maybe that's why they are working on the amp. There have been significant problems with it before so it's not really a surprise. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
