Greetings,
I am having problems between 6pm - 11 pm. Normally I get 7m during the day and at night I am lucky to get 1m. I think it's Comcast fault. Two calls, the first blamed the modem and the second my router. I get the same results plugged directly into the modem. I think the number look ok. What would you say to them in order to get it fixed?
