Some family members will be moving out of my house shortly and they have the Comcast internet account under their name. They will be moving a few miles and will still have Comcast service available to them so they are planning just to transfer service to the new place.
Since Comcast serves my house under their name (and as far as I know will only allow one account per address), how do I make a smooth transition with no loss of internet? Can they remove their account and add a new one/install for me on the same day?
