Just wondering - it seems Comcast still shows my old Arris TM722G which was replaced by a Tech in February with a Cisco DPC3939 in my account. I am worried that they may slap me with a "lost/stolen equipment fee" even though the modem was retrieved by a tech - I have the documentation of the visit.
I know a few other people here have the same issue - old leased or owned modems sticking in My Account.
