I have a post in there, and I know this has been discussed before, but seems like nothing is getting answered. I've also got a call into corporate, and getting no response there either. What on earth is going on with Comcast support? I'm not looking for a bunch of trolling comcast haters, I'm really concerned. I'm about at the end of my rope and my other option here is Knology (WOW now) and I REALLY don't want to switch. But if things don't get addressed I'll have no choice.
