What is your opinion on the acceptable range of speed? I know many members of this forum are power users and on the 50 tier, which Comcast seems to provide ample fluff for, so many exceed their advertised speeds. However, I'm at my parents' house in Southern NJ, which is on Performance, supposedly 25/5, and I receive these speeds:

Now, I don't want to say these are BAD speeds. I think they're within a reasonable margin. However, I get 22-23 pretty consistently at all times of day, on wireless and wired, through the router or direct to the modem. Adding to this, it's my understanding that Comcast provisions their modems to 27 mbps. So, I'm losing 4-5 mbps, which is pretty considerable percentage-wise (though, probably, not in absolute terms).
Do you guys think these are reasonable speeds? I've already online chatted twice with Comcast and had them re-provision twice to no effect. I'm behind a Motorola SB6120, with acceptable signal levels (downstream: SNR 36-38 dB, power level 2-5 dBmV; upstream power level 43-45 dBmV)
