[Business] Router Lockup-is this typical? (Netgear)

I know this isn't *NORMAL*, but would it do any good to ask for a new router? Is this typical behavior for this Netgear router (sorry I don't have a model #-its a Docsis 3.0 netgear business class router). Some of you may know I just got our business class internet at work about a month and a half ago. I am load balancing between Comcast and a 20/20 fiber connection, so its not like I am taxing the comcast circuit all the time. I'm at home doing some work remotely, and I can't get to the Comcast router. No response to ping either. 99% sure its locked up...AGAIN. This is the second time in a month. I know sometimes things "hickup" and need to be rebooted from time to time, but I have PCs, routers and switches that have literally not need to be rebooted for YEARS. Matter of fact, my main router (ZyXel USG 200) is solid as a rock, as is the adtran in front of it on our fiber connection. My personal Comcast EMTA at the house, along with everything else here is solid as a rock as well. However, this Netgear in front of my main work router on the Comcast connection seems to be a piece of crap. -Alan
