I was on Comcast's 75 down 10 up tier. A week ago i got Comcast's 1 gigabyte down and 35 up tier. When i was on the 75/10 i would consistently get 500 ms to 3200 ms bufferbloat and get a F grade on dslreports speedtest. Now that i have 1 gig service i get literally A+ and almost nil bufferbloat. Can some one explain why a lower tier gets and F grade and a higher tier get and A+ grade? I live in Jacksonville Florida. Any explanation or advice would really be appreciated.
