Recently switched to Comcast as there's no other better internet provider on area where I moved. Got the Extreme 150 internet plan (150/20 Mbps). Noticed my download speed down around 60-65 Mbps when connected to a VPN server at home. Running a L2TP/IPSec VPN server on my Synology DS214play NAS server. Also used my own Motorola Surfboard SB6141 cable modem. Been using this kind of VPN server setup in the past with WOW internet with minimal reduction of internet speed. Current speed seems too slow for a VPN connection. Pages also slow to open. Any idea as to why & how to fix this?
