So I need to login to check something on my bill. Comcast tells me I need to verify my email so I follow their procedure. I receive their confirmation email, click on the provided link, login, and get kicked right back out.
Try logging in again and get prompted to verify my email address again, go through the same procedure multiple times on multiple computers. Always the same thing.
COMCAST, ALL I WANT IS TO LOOK AT MY BILL!!!! CAN YOU NOT DO ANYTHING RIGHT???
I really wish I had an alternative. THey mess with you by increasing your rates by add/upping bogus fees even though you are in a CONTRACT, then you cannot even get into their system to review how bad they are messing with you!
