[Connectivity] Connection drops two to three times per week

Happy Holiday! I'm hoping someone has time to grant a Christmas wish this year and finally solve our internet woes! 1.) Belvidere, IL 2.) Our connection has been inconsistent for years. Finally trying to fix the issue. Switched to Netgear CM500V modem and an Orbi WiFi router. A brief modem restart always fixes the issues. Multiple techs have come out to no help. 3.) Netgear CM500V modem -Firmware v1.01.07 4.) Speedtest DOWNLOAD SPEED 119.76 Mbps UPLOAD SPEED 12.06 Mbps 5.) Reviewing router logs: Their seems to be some consistency. After this message, the signal is not functional.
