Hello, I am having major issues trying to keep a stable connection while gaming. I am in the Chicagoland NW Subarbs and this has been happening for about 3 months now. I have replaced the modem twice so I do not believe that is the culprit. I also have had a technician out here twice and they replaced some of the cables running into my apartment.
The issues I am having are that I cannot maintain a stable connection for gaming. I have a very high packet loss percentage. Some times it is fairly low (and mostly ignorable but still noticeable) and other times like tonight it is very frustrating. I have not gotten a response Comcast support forums so I am trying here.
Sorry about all the pictures! I will clarify:
1) Signal status page for my Motorola SB6141 Modem
2) Ping graph of what I am typically seeing while I am gaming.
3) DSLReports Line Quality Test that I failed due to dropped packets
4) A pingplotter I ran awhile back, but a good example of what I normally see
