[Signals] Downspeed, latency problems [modem or isp?]

Hello, I'm having problems with my Internet lately, I've already called my Technical Support and I have a ticket, but I have to wait until Tuesday. I have D:10mb/U:1mb plan. http://www.speedtest.net/result/3180396014.png Is always like that. I don't have too much troubles to be honest. But, this is my speed right now: http://www.speedtest.net/result/3225251548.png I'm trying to figure out what's going on, so this is my modem status right now: 1> http://d.pr/i/MwRr 2> http://d.pr/i/pbo5 edit 3> http://d.pr/i/r1Pr Why I have this horrible Speed?. Is something to do with the Uncorrectable Octets?. I have to keep powering off and on my Modem to get my full speed. And I notice that my Modem Channels are shutting down for a sec, then they're up again (like 3 channels are like that). I'm from Venezuela and my ISP is: "Corporacion Telemic / Internet Cable Plus" They're working with COMCAST, GLBX-Level 3, Telecom Italia and Brasil Telecom. Modem: Arris CM820 I'll appreciate any help. Thank you.
