All I am among the masses dropping our cable boxes off for streaming services allowing a more customized watching experience. I currently have Comcast's gigabit service and very happy with it's reliability and speeds. I noticed tonight more screen artifacts on my tv tonight than normal using my Apple 4K streamer. To give you some background all of my TV's and streaming boxes are hardwired with CAT 6A home runs to a centralized (Unifi) Gigabit switch so we can rule wireless out. As the outdoor temps get cold my MB8600 modem signals are great and fall inline with "normal" from all the resources found here in this forum. My follow up question is since many are starting to stream vs using cable boxes does this put more strain on the overall system network that could be causing artifacts? Cable boxes use data as well but not sure if it puts more/less strain on the system.
