for the past two months I have been experiencing substantial packet loss and T3 timeouts. We changed the modem 4 times to no avail. Currrently the problem manifesté as signal out of range (see attached log snapshot) that correlates with lag and dropped connection when browsing or playing online games like Warcraft.
I have been through several technical support agents over the phone and typical solutions like reset modem setup don’t work.
