I just have Comcast Performance Pro 175 internet running on a SB8200. For the past few months I've had issues with drop outs and slow or no connections. Here are my current signal levels with an up time of just over 3 days.

I've been on the phone with Comcast 4 time and each time they walk me through the same trouble shooting, but the issues always come back. I've had the modem connected directly to the service box at the side of the house and I see the same thing (power increase 1-2dB). I've been promised twice that someone would be calling back to set up an appointment (given ticket numbers that get closed) and I never hear back. I've had a tech with Arris look the signal and log and was told its a poor signal causing the issue. I'm not sure where to go from here, can anyone please help me understand what is going on and suggest a next steps?
