Modem dropping connection frequently

With the pandemic I was no longer able to deal with my spotty wifi setup. So I replaced my ancient router/AP with a Ubiquiti system (UDM Pro + 2x NanoHD APs). In doing this I had to move my cable modem, which also meant reterminating one end of the RG6 (which I did with a Klein compression connector). Full setup goes: cable from street (my new termination) - splitter - SB6121 modem - UDM Pro - 2x NanoHDs The other side of the splitter is for my TV, which has not had any issues. Ever since then I've noticed the occasional dropout of Comcast service (verified by looking at cable modem logs). Like once every other week for 5 seconds. Note that it's possible it was doing this before I put a new connector on the cable - the router was so unreliable that I would not have noticed. Today it got worse. It's going in and out every few minutes this morning. Weather today is not particularly interesting, a bit warm but it's been worse recently. I think the signal levels are all fairly normal. Any idea what is going on here? I've posted the log as well as a screencap of the current signal strengths. Edit: We pay for 70/5 service, I think? or 75/10? Somewhere in there. We're in Belmont, CA. Just tested and am getting 89/6 from my laptop over the 5G WiFi.
