Since 2013 I had been receiving the customer owned equipment discount of 2.50 for using a cablecard device.
I just noticed I had not been receiving this credit since the start of 2020.
I chat with Comcast and rep says that since packages no longer include DVR you get no credit because credit says it is for plans that include DVR.
So I then type "looks like Comcast found a way to stop people from receiving the credit"
Right after this my modem resets three times.
So is it correct no more discount?
Does it appear the rep got mad at me and reset my modem three times?
