I tested this for hour or so to different servers and websites and even used VPN on my phone. my Plan is Performance Starter 25/3 when i use VPN my upload goes to 9mbps-10mbps. if using TCP Protocol normal 3mbps upload but when using UDP Protocol i get 3x more upload speed.
