My parents' recent Xfinity bill came in the mail, and they're being charged not only a "late fee", but not one, but TWO "reactivation fees" (see attached image). The account holder is my dad, who is 73 years old and is on a fixed income (Social Security pay).
They recently cut TV service to save money, but this is another instance of Comcast "nickel and diming" him (and probably a lot of seniors in the country). I thought Comcast waived late fees due to the pandemic? Is there any way he can get this waived?
