Call a tech to come and activate that drop or is that something that can be done remotely. Quick catch up. I live in a 2 story (with basement) home. Gateway is in the worst possible place. The office at the farthest end of the house in relation to where we are most of the time. I have 6 coax drops of which 4 are being used. I'd like to move the gateway from the office to the kitchen where there is an unused drop. I'm pretty much going to be spending money just to see if moving it gives me better coverage throughout my house but if it does I'm willing to pay. I hope this isn't too confusing.
