Can anyone tell me what's really going on here in these two pictures taken of my CM500-100NAS Modems Event Log, during a moment I have no internet? These are intermittent issues that happen, usually spanning 5-10 minutes in time span.

Is this something I could somehow get a Xfinity tech to resolve, or is this something I will have to just deal with now-a-days? As they haven't happened before this year time. My event log used to have month long gaps between logging, or could this be a issue with the Modem somehow?
