Since last 2/3 months I've been often experiencing the HSI connectivity issue where performance will deteriorate with low upload and download speed while WFH. When it happens it is impossible to work. At times, the issue remained for an hour or so and will reoccur anytime through out the day. The download speed will go down to 12 Mbps and upload will go down to 1 Mbps. I've 75/5 Performance connection.
The issue is also observed while connecting my Mac directly to the SB6141 modem. I don't know if there is any issue with the Modem or Xfinity circuit / bandwidth. However I observed intermittent very slow response i.e. Waiting on page load at »192.168.100.1/ "Status" "Signal" "Configuration" "Addresses" tabs. The Modem lights are normal. Chatted with Xfinity support 3 times but it didn't help. I suspect the problem maybe at Xfinity end.
Any idea about possible cause of the trouble?
