As I'm typing this, I'm getting around 30mbps max and SNR on 733mhz is 26.7dB.
The thing is, I've had two technicians come over and tell me that my equipment is fine and the issue lies within the tap on the pole. I've started this process in mid-July and maintenance still hasn't came to look at the tap or replace it. Both of the technicians have put in requests for maintenance to come look at the tap. The last technician has came over a month ago.
Whenever I try to call support to ask for a maintenance ticket, they tell me that the modem reports as healthy or they want to send a third technician over. I just want the service order fulfilled as there's nothing 10+ technicians can do to fix the tap.
Posted this issue in direct and the last response was 6 days ago, but my point in contact with direct has started in mid-July.
This issue with the tap has been present for months.
