So I have a few questions about my connection.
How do my signal levels look? They are much improved after I got a new modem (~36 SNR to 41+) but the DS power levels look slightly high to me. I'm no pro with this kind of stuff so I decided to ask here. The higher frequencies (600+ MHz) seem to have much higher power levels (14+ dBmV at night) than the lower frequencies.
I've also noticed that my modem will sometimes lose connection due to T3 timeouts every few hours. I've also noticed "Dynamic Range Window violation - RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power Exceeds Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW" popping up in the logs 5+ times an hour. Is this any reason for concern?
A couple other things I've noticed in the log, "TLV-11 - unrecognized OID" and "SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing", are those fine?
One last question, after a night of scheduled maintenance, my upstream power levels went from 38-40 to what they are now (~43). I have also noticed at random times the upstream power will shoot up to 47+. I started losing connection after this maintenance occurred. Anyone know what they did, such as add something on my line that increased the upstream power? What should I do to try to fix these disconnects?
