Was suppose to have a Comcast self installation kit waiting at my Comcast store for pick up for WiFi and cable. I went Friday to pick it up and they don't give out WiFi modems there so it would be shipped to my house. Monday I got only the cable setup kit and called to see where my WiFi kit was and the two customer service reps couldn't figure it out so I said screw it send me out a technician and we scheduled it for Tuesday during the time of 3-5 and we that I would receive a call on Tuesday before my appointment. 5:30 rolled around and no one ever came so I called and they said here's a ticket number someone will be out there before 8. I called around 7:30 just to make sure and the lady said no the next available time will be Friday during 3-5. I said that's ridiculous and said I had an appointment today and should have my tech here now. this is the short version of my long 4 hour hassle with the techs not including last nights hassle with finding my WiFi modem and setting up an appointment for something that I could do myself but they won't send me the right stuff. yes they mentioned the $20 whatever credit back. The money isn't the issue its the service and where the [expletive] is my tech. Please tell me what I can do or anything. Sorry for my grammar and anything like that as I am very frustrated. Its been a long day. thanks.
