Right now, I have CenturyLink Gigabit Fiber ($65/mo) and am having latency issues, yet am unable to get anyone at CenturyLink to admit it. They all claim it's my equipment, even when I know it's not (other ISPs don't have the same issue)
While I'm attempting the legal route (arbitration), I'm also considering getting Comcast's Gigabit Pro. Not too happy about paying $329/mo instead of $65, but still.
I read somewhere you need to be an existing Comcast customer to get Gigabit Pro. Is that true for Seattle, or can I get Gigabit Pro as my first service?
My home doesn't have Coax jacks and I don't want a Coax outlet drilled when it ultimately won't be used, or to have to buy/rent a cable modem I won't need.
