My cable is loose on utility pole - whom should I call to fix it

My Comcast internet is provided through a "drop box" (that is what plant people called it when they initially came to my house to see if I could get Comcast cable.) It is a small box directly hanging on a main aerial cable that on large roadside utility poles. My cable is the only cable attached to it. After being attached to that box, my cable runs down the utility pole, secured to the utility pole in a few places from heavy black tabs. Then it goes in the ground for about a 100 foot run to my house. I noticed recently that my cable now has a multiple loop section (if spread out it would probably be 10-12 feet) right after the drop box, and only two black tabs are holding it to the utility pole (one in about the middle of the pole-run and another toward bottom. I suspect it had one or two more of those black tabs and they came loose, as I do not recall that much access cable just hanging from the drop box before. I think as it blows in the wind it will loosen another tab, and/or loosen from the drop box. Also, I am afraid it might start causing interference problems if it twists in the wind a lot. I do not think calling the regular Comcast support is a good idea because (1) agents often seem "clueless" on anything but routine problems, and (2) I assume that the department that fixes stuff like that is probably not in the normal loop of customer service since they are utility work crews. Should there be a field/plant office in my area that I could call directly, and how would I find its phone number? Whom do you suggest I call?
