New service installed one month ago. We are in an Xfinity community that is supposed to include basic internet, phone and TV. The first bill was way above what we expected, but no one can explain what service is included and what we should pay. Residential can't help us, Business is confused by us. Messages are left for the Bulk Rate dept. but no one calls us back. Is there anyone who knows how to deal with these questions? Thank you.
