My business class service modem at the office is not being used at the moment (riding out the last couple months of early termination.)
My home Comcast modem (owned, Scientific American, ca. 2005) modem seems to be toast; so says tier two support. Before investing in a new one I want to troubleshoot that it's not the service (been down this road before.) Before I head back to the office to grab the business modem, will it even register? Or would it just be a waste of time since my home service is Comcast consumer class.
As far as my modem goes, it was fine two hours ago yet suddenly will not provide a signal. Xfinity TV service is fine.
