I have been having intermitten issues for some time now.
Tech swapped modem and even with diff modem he seen issues continue.
Told me modem needs to be reconfigured which will take 48h.
This passes, did not fix.
Speed tests do not complete
Web pages do not fully load or do not load at all
I can ping my gateway fine
I did have horrible TV service issues which were finally mainly resolved. I know a tech changed a filter on the outside box.
Anyone else having problems? I spoke with my supervisor and he says I'm the only one affected and he can't escalate to line or plant... Whatever that means.
