I'm getting pretty annoyed about having to reboot my gateway every few times I try to log in to it to check my error logs and operating statistics. I keep dropping from three to two upstream channels and then back to three on a regular basis and my upstream signal levels keep creeping up towards and above 50 dB. Every time I experience severe connection issues and get a tech out to check things they tell me everything is fine on my side but there's some noise on their side. Nothing ever really gets permanently fixed and now I cannot even reliably log in to my gateway. Shouldn't it be important to develop reliable firmware for a gateway when there must be hundreds of thousands of them deployed?
