This is happening in unincorporated west Marietta, Ga. south of Dallas HWY close to Barrett Parkway. Happens in the early afternoon. Its happened 4 times I know of since 3/8/14.It goes down around 2pm and can be out an hour plus to several. The longest lasted until 7pm. Phone support has no clue. They told me the boundaries once but all I remember is GA 120 to Casteel Rd. Definitely frustrating to be down so often. I have a business account btw. What is going on that they can't fix this???
Oh, and the first incident I call and get the auto voice message, which I have gotten every time. But since I didn't talk to someone, the next time I called and talked to someone, he said since I didn't talk to someone that I couldn't get a credit! I told him that was TOTAL BS. If you aren't getting credits for outages without talking to someone they need to change that automated message to reflect it. The third call I got a credit and today I got another.
In the past, my neighborhood has had issues every year when it warms up. But this is a much larger area. It needs some attention, its effecting hundreds of customers daily.
