I almost had a tech out last week. But due to an outage that same day, I found out it was canceled. I was hoping to get someone out to fix my high upstream power levels.
Just like last year, its getting warmer out and the connection is dropping more often now. It only dropped once a month up until June.
Is it possible there is a filter that went bad or maybe its lose? Something that is affected with temperature changes?
