[Install] Any contacts to escalate things? install, cable burial etc.

Does anyone know of a good contact I can use to get things moving with regards to my install? I have been in contact with someone at Comcast who was helpful to a point, but now appears stuck. They are saying the power company are not finished their work that is required to get power to the line, but have no idea when they power company will be done, and appear unable to find out what the delay is or when they will be done, and ultimately get me connected. Yet since about late February/early March there has been Comcast cabling coiled up at the bottom of a pole in my neighbors yard, then loose cable under a plastic box going underground to the pole in my yard. From the pole in my yard since mid April has been some coax running across my lawn (about 200') to the house, which is nothing but a PITA when it comes to mowing. I also need to know when someone is planning to bury this as I do not want them digging through my drain field as the coax currently runs directly over the top of this (I need the cable to head out and follow the edge of the drive to miss not only the drainfield but also buried power lines). So frustrating. Thanks.
