To date, I have: posted here on the Direct forum, posted on the Comcast forums, sent PMs to a Comcast official employee on the forum. Plus: many, many calls to Comcast and an eventual trouble ticket of July 4th with a resolution of "3 business days". Heh. Also sent a detailed email to "comcast_cares@comcast.com" -- much touted on their Facebook page, lol.
ISSUE: Since June 28th, complete INABILITY to log in to "My Account" from ANY device whatsoever: my PC, neighbor's tablet, smartphone, friends' PCs (2). Spinning circle of "retrieving account info" then back to login. ALSO: on 2 secondary email accounts, I get password mismatch (wrong !) and "technical difficulties" on retrieve pw.
Agent who did the trouble ticket said "looks like the wrong code got passed on your account" (???).
So this is now 13 July and NOTHING is fixed. No access to My Account - no access to all but 1 secondary email accounts.
Please -- does anyone have any ideas on just how I can get help? I have a heart condition (no joke) and this is seriously stressing me out.
