Subject states it all. For the past week I've been getting on average 23% packet loss to my gateway. It's a wonderful feeling not being able to do crap with my 105mbit downstream. The CSR shockingly wanted me to unplug my cable modem and plug it back in. Cause you know, that's the solution to everything. It's a sad day that I'm considering going with a 15mbit DSL connection over the 105mbit connection. Thanks Comcrap for once again making my life a living hell. And I say life because I work from home at nights and with 23% packet loss, it's just not possible. Anyways, I would normally have posted in the Comcast Direct where I've got help in the past but that no longer exists so I only hope some of the techs still troll the forums or maybe someone else is having similar issues in my area (Burlington County) which can at least make me think it's not just me they're screwing to the wall.
