Billing
XO Mass Jessica (Keeps closing cases a fixed, but they are not), no supervisor ever calls even though requested.
XO Philadelphia 4 - 10 minute wait each call, New cases opened with detail Liz, Bob but they are closed by Jessica in XO Mass without fixing the issues.
Where to go for corrections to Comcast errors?
3 Issues:
1. Billing corrections (credits needed)
2. Fix online equipment inventory
3. Remove me from xfinityinsider (Just wastes time on phone calls with "Ahh... I see you are an xfinityinsider. ONE OF OUR BEST CUSTOMERS please visit the website, which is useless to me. It just delays the phone call.
