I currently have the 105Mbps package connected to my SB6120 and have always had speeds pretty close to that when using the variety of speed test sites available.
On 12/1/14 around 2PM, the modem got an "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" error. This happens, but rarely if ever during the middle of the day.
When the modem came back up, this was logged:

And ever since then, I'm lucky to get 50Mbps on anything that isn't a Comcast speedtest source (which gives me 70-80Mbps). My upload speeds seem to be unaffected and are the same pre config update.
It is odd to me that this would be applied, maybe it was just reapplied at the reboot? I've had 105Mbps for awhile now (over a year).
Here's my signal info, it's really been unchanged long before this issue popped up.
