I've had two tech visits but am still having major problems. I've tried direct connection to the SB6121 from the Desktop and laptop computers.
I'm getting intermittent dropped packets and huge lag, up to 2000ms.
The last tech (second level) said the problem "might not just be me"? But that was 5 days ago, and I haven't heard from them since.
This is going on 2 weeks, and makes many internet activities difficult. Games and Netflix is a toss up if it will work at all, then it can hang right in the middle of things.
Anyone else in my area having problems?
