Hello All,
I'm not sure if I'm going in the right direction. I've been having poor service for some months now. Almost a year. In my mind I was like it must be neighborhood congestion. There would be packet loss and high latency from 5pm ~ Midnight. So, I decided let me run a SmokePing and see what it shows. As soon as I turn on Netflix the latency would go up. I've adjusted Netflix to "LOW"setting to see if this would have effect. No change. Once you stop streaming the latency would start to drop.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks for your time and attention,
