[Speed] Download speed .08 mbps / paying for 50 mbps

I'm currently having clear issues with my service. Every time I call Comcast they decide to reset my modem and think that fixes everything and everything. Was wondering if anyone had advice on how to get them to fix this issue. I would put this on a more suitable forum page but the Comcast page is currently closed so.... Good work Comcast is all I have to say....
