CAN'T GET HELP!!!!!
I have been calling since wednesday--literally 15 hours.. Please have someone check the almost 20 phone calls on the log for my account.
I stayed home today as I had a tech appt between 8-10am. They claim they tried to call me (at the non working VoIP phone--,remember my internet is out!) They were supposed to call my cell.
At any rate I started calling at 10:30 am and spent all day trying to get someone in dispatch to call me. NO ONE WOULD CALL ME even though Comcast missed my appointment which I missed a day of work to have today. I was told I would absolutely be called tonight by dispatch by a supervisor.. Never happened.
I desperately need my service back as I have not security system monitoring and also can't do my work from home. I need my service back tomorrow Saturday the 31st..I think at this point this is the least Comcast can do.
Anyone have any advise on what to do now???
