Right now I'm signed up for triple play because it's cheaper than double play but we never had a need for the phone so we have been using a surfboard 6141and linksys(cisco)router for wifi/ethernet...I know have a sudden need to use the digital voice but I have to use a hardline non cordless phone and the room where I need it is on the opposite side of the house. Right now I have an Ethernet power line adapter running to that room.....So as long as I go and get a voice/data modem would this be what I need?

I would hook up one of these to the power line adapter in room where the voice/data modem would be...then plug in another coming out of the other Ethernet power line adapter in the room where I need the phone and hard line Ethernet and I'll be good right?...Any thoughts
