Yesterday Comcast did a system upgrade.
I only have internet access if I connect my computer directly to the modem.
If I try to connect via router, nothing.
In the modem diagnostics, two things that stick out:
The: CM IP Address. xx.x.xxx.xxx.
When I entered it in IE, it gave me modem diagnostics.
Before the upgrade the CM IP Address was the modems MAC.
Link light is Amber. Was Blue.
Could this do it?
Modem SB6180 Comcast lists as SB6121.
Config/Boot file: d11_m_sbg6580_silver_c01.com.
Same as it was before the system upgrade.
