[Connectivity] Weird Connectivity problems in Bluefield/Princeton, WV area

For the past couple weeks, I've been having a strange issue with my Xfinity connection. It's not necessarily a speed issue. I'm having an issue connecting to certain sites (seems to be sites that use SSL certificates but not really all of them). For instance, when I connect to Paypal.com throughout the day, it works fine. In the evening, it gets hung at the "Establishing Secure Connection" status in Google Chrome. It eventually times out and the page somewhat loads, but not entirely. Images won't load or the text is all out of whack. Paypal isn't the only problem. My PS3 won't stay connected to the PSN network or if it is connected, it barely works. I can't watch any videos uploaded to Facebook. The problem seems to be uniform over 3 different PCs and my PS3. However, using my iPhone over the wireless network doesn't seem to have any issues. I have friends with Xfinity that don't seem to be having the same issues. I've done numerous virus/malware scans on all machines. I've reset my router and cable modem several times with no luck. I've even changed my IP address by cloning a different MAC address in the router and resetting. Nothing seems to work. I have the 80meg down / 20 meg up package. A couple machines are using a wireless connection to my router, but the problem is also happening on machines that are connected directly to my router. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? Let me know if you guys need any other info.
