Lied to: Was offered "Free" modem with voice phone and upgraded
internet speed.
The next day I got an email from Xfinity saying that My order had been sent.
Along with my my new bill which was $20.00 more and after 12 months would
increaswd by $49.95 more.
I called to cancel all of this. After abour 35 minutes, the service person was unable to create
a "ticket" to cancel it.
She attempted to create a 'TICKET" AND ASK HER SUPERVISOR to call me.
I wonder when THAT call will come?
If you are offered ANYTHING Free from Comcast/Xfinity....... Decline it.
