[Speed] Experience with QoS and Bufferbloat

I'm using an Ubiquiti ER-3 LITE router with my 200/10 Mbps Comcast Internet service. The router includes options for QoS. Using the speed test on this site and with router QoS disabled, my service tests at 238/12 Mbps with a bufferbloat rating of D. I then tried turning QoS on and set down/up limits of 200/10, 400/10 and 800/10. In each case, the service speed tested at approximately 90-95/8-9 Mbps, but with a bufferbloat rating of A+. Do these results make any sense? Am I better off with the faster speed and high bufferbloat, or the slower speed without bufferbloat? I don't do any interactive gaming via my Internet connection, mostly just streaming video such as Netflix and Amazon. My only uploading is the very occasional posting or emailing of large files. When is bufferbloat important?
