I'm in Central NJ and Comcast for the last week has been suffering from high latency (we're talking 4k ms) and about a 10% packet loss. It's made VOIP nearly unusable for my business. Now I try to call their support numbers and one is temporarily not in service and the residential number disconnects me. I've been experiencing this for the last 4 months with this month being the worst ever. What shitty fucking service, I can't wait to move and never have to deal with this awful company again.
